At NH Overland, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed apparel. If your gear doesn't fit your journey, we are here to help you find the right size or provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the product remains in resellable condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
